- Additional Sites: All Maintenance & Support plans include coverage for one (1) WordPress site only.
- Security Protection: We’ll assess your site’s current security and provide additional hardening.
- Tech Support, Not Virtual Assistant: All our support plans come with unlimited support within reason. This generally means only issues that take less than 10 minutes to fix are covered. No creative or content creation services are included. No copyright or investigative services included. Non-WordPress 3rd party app support is not included though we can offer advice on a case by case basis.
- Reactive Support: If the uptime monitor goes off, we immediately begin investigating to verify the site is down and work to fix it.
